Le Trèfle is made by family run, farmhouse dairy Earl du Petit Perche, in the Loir et Cher region of France. Every cheese is handmade on the farm itself with the milk from their own goats early every morning. Le Trefle is shaped into a four leaf clover to reflect the area it is from.
Le Trefle is a rich and creamy goats’ cheese with a full, strong flavour and lightly ashed rind.
This cheese is aged for 2 to 4 weeks and is made with raw goats’ milk and traditional rennet.
