Delicario specialise in small scale and sustainably produced delicatessen items, predominantly jars of meze and antipasti. They produce a number of regional European delicacies and follow a ‘farm to table’ approach, using only the best producers and showcasing naturally delicious food.
The company name Delicario is split into two halves - ‘Deli’ is a reference to their business as a delicatessen but also hints to the word ‘delicious’, and ‘cario’ is the Latin word for cherished or precious, and reflects the hand selected, luxurious nature of their products.
The pistachios are grown in Marche, central Italy, by small scale local growers who then hand produce imaginative recipes or twists on traditional classics. The team also includes nutritionalists and food experts, so they are able to produce full flavoured sauces and products, with excellent health benefits.
