Olive Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced straight from the family farm in Cyprus, which has been producing olives for generations. The farm in Larnaca gets huge amounts of sunshine, as well as a salty sea breeze, so the olives grow in abundance. The oil is then made in a small coastal village, Pervolia, using the family’s handpicked olives as well as some other local olives from families and smallholdings, and is then cold pressed and bottled. ‘Olive Olive’ is a family run business based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
This 5 litre olive oil comes in a cardboard box with a bag lining. It is a more sustainable option than using large tins, which cannot be flat packed and take up a huge amount of space on lorries, which travel from Cyprus to the UK.
