Guindillas are long, mildly hot, green chilli peppers from the Basque region of Northern Spain, which are sold lightly pickled. They are often served as tapas, alongside cheese or in cocktails.

Conservas Artesanas María Jesús are a small scale vegetable canning company, established back in 1985, that now also specialise in tinned fish, particularly bonito del Norte tuna.
The company celebrates all of the incredible produce that the Navarrese region in Spain has to offer, including asparagus, piquillo peppers and artichokes, among many others. All of the preserving is done by hand, using traditional techniques or ancient recipes, to keep their products as natural as possible and the very best quality.
