About the Producer

Conserverie Lachaud was set up in 1965 in Périgord, France, by André Lachaud and remains a family run business, now in it’s third generation, being run by André’s granddaughter Audrey. André first made preserves from cornichons grown on his own plot of land and the vegetables used are still handpicked and hand selected to this day.
