L’Etuverie was set up by two longstanding friends, Nicolas and Fabien, who wanted to showcase local products from their home region of Lomagne in France. Nicolas grew up on an organic farm, where the company now operates.
All the garlic used in their products comes from the Gers region of France and is rigorously sorted to meet the highest quality standards. The garlic is steamed in a temperature and humidity controlled environment and over two weeks, becomes tender, soft and ebony in colour. It is then dried for two weeks to mature and develop flavour.
