Red Mosquito is a punchy hot sauce, inspired by chimichurri, featuring jalapeños, smoked guajillo, alongside herbs including tarragon, oregano and mint. It’s vibrant, smokey, tangy and packed with flavour.
Total volume: 150ml.

About the Producer

Orriss & Son was founded by David Underwood, a skilled and well travelled chef of 20 years, right here in Cambridge. David has long been passionate about flavour, as well as about hand crafted food, with proper ingredients and no junk. After the Covid lockdown, David felt it was the right time to dedicate his career to handmade, small batch, fermented chilli sauces, using his grandmother’s East Anglian family name ‘Orriss’.
