Spanish Baby Figs

These soft and sweet figs are deliciously moreish and make a wonderful partner for blue and goat’s milk cheeses. They also make a fantastic snacking food and brilliant ingredient for baking.
The figs are lightly dusted in chestnut flour to stop them sticking together.

About the Producer

These wonderful figs are grown in Western Spain, along the Atlantic coast, where the climate has a hugely positive impact on their growth, taste and quality. Once the figs have reached their full size and gained a beautiful flavour, they are left to dry naturally on the trees before being harvested.
