The Cuvée Spéciale Kerisac is made in accordance with old cider traditions, from carefully selected cider apples from the orchards of Brittany. 


This is the sweet version of the Kerisac Brut. In order to achieve this, the fermentation is stopped early so that the natural sugar from the apples remains in the product. This cider has a subtle flavour with fruity notes.
