Tomme de Savoie is a French Alpine cheese made in the Savoie region of Southeastern France. This cheese is made from raw, skimmed cow’s milk and thus has a very low fat content.
Tomme de Savoie is a semi firm, pliable cheese which has a robust, earthy and nutty flavour and musty aroma.
This cheese is aged for 2 to 4 months and is made with raw cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
