Foie Gras de Canard, La Belle Chaurienne

‘Chauriennes’ are the inhabitants of Castelnaudary, a small town in the Aude in the South of France, famous for their delicious cassoulet! La Belle Chaurienne has been making traditional French dishes for over 50 years and is famous across France and, indeed now, the world. Many of their products have been winning taste awards for decades.

La Belle Chaurienne Foie Gras is a PDO (protected destination of origin) product so guarantees that the ducks are raised, fed and slaughtered in the South West of France and is a stamp of quality.

Ingredients: Duck Foie Gras, Salt, Armagnac, Sugar, Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg.

The 125g size is dated for April 2023, hence the significant discount.
