Tomato Passata, Primabio

Primabio is a cooperative owned by the Terrenzio family and was established in 1998 in the Gargano area of Italy. The cooperative now covers 450 hectares of land and grows exclusively organic crops. The farm is run on renewable energy, generated by photovoltaic fields and also boasts zero waste - any scraps are used as feeding stuffs for animals.
