Shoreline, Lyme Bay

This Shoreline wine takes its inspiration from the nearby Devon coastline and is crisp and complex, making it a perfect pairing for seafood. It is a pale lemon colour and has hints of pineapple and lime on the nose. On the palate, it is balanced with hints of lime, lemon and herbs.

Shoreline is a blend of Bacchus, Reichensteiner and Seyval Blanc grapes, which are each fermented separately in stainless steel with different yeast strains and at different temperatures to provide complex layers of flavours and aromas. ABV 11.5%.
