Trinidad Scorpion & Clementine Hot Sauce, Crazy Bastard

The team at Crazy Bastard hot sauce are all lifelong chilli enthusiasts and were collectively tired of bland, one dimensional hot sauces that lacked complexity and real heat. They set out to create a range of sauces that really showed off the unique flavour and identity of each pepper, carefully oven roasting each of them to bring out the best of their natural sweetness and identity.

All the sauces are handmade in Berlin by a small team of chilli lovers. All of their products are free from additives, preservatives and sugar and only use high quality natural ingredients.

This sauce has a slow building but long lasting heat with a bold flavour of Trinidad Scorpion chilli and a citrus kick from juicy clementines, as well as a hint of garlic in the background.

Peppers, Apples, Onions, White Wine Vinegar, Clementines (10%), Trinidad Scorpion Chilli (6%), Garlic, Limes, Olive Oil, Sea Salt.
