Sauvignon Blanc, Domaine de Lispaul

Maison Lispaul is a family estate located in Tracy sur Loire, in the Loire Valley. The estate is situated right in the heart of the appellation of Pouilly-Fumé. Thanks to the locality of the Loire river (the longest wild river in the country), the soils are rich in clay and limestone so produce high quality grapes.

The Val de Loire IGP is made from 100% Sauvignon grapes at David and Shirley Maudry’s dynamic, young estate. The vineyards are 3-4 years old and are sustainably managed. Vinification occurs in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 8 months.

This wine is fragrant, fresh and juicy with a slight grassy edge. It is packed with zesty, citrus fruit and green apple flavours, and has a crisp finish.
