Lasagna Sheets, Rustichella d’Abruzzo

In 1924 Gaetano Sergiacomo, maternal grandfather of the current proprietor, decided to branch out from the family business and establish a pasta factory in Penne, Italy. The name Rustichella d’Abruzzo quickly became synonymous with quality and excellence and to this day is recognised around the world as one of the highest quality pastas.

Lasagna are thin, large sheets of rectangular pasta designed to be layered into the dish of the same name.
