Conservas Artesanas Maria Jesus are a small scale vegetable canning company established in 1985, that now also specialise in tinned fish.


The pocha is a variety of white bean that stands out for being round with a very fine skin and smooth, unmistakable flavour. Add to cassoulets, stews or fry with chorizo for a delicious dinner.
