Pinot Noir Lyme Bay

This Pinot Noir is made from the very best British fruit and is aged in 30% new oak for a brilliant complexity and elegance in the final product. It is a gorgeous black cherry colour, with red fruit, smoky, vanilla oak and tobacco on the nose. On the palate, intense black cherries, plums and blackcurrants blend with strawberry and toasty oak to create a balanced and mouth watering wine.

This Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and is aged in 30% new oak as well as in experimental American and European oak, for 9 months in barrel. The wine has no fining or filtration so that it can retain all the delicate nuances of the fruit and oak. ABV 13%.
