The Alvarez de Toledo family have been preserving the tradition of olive oil making culture for generations. There is a huge focus on conserving the environment as well as respecting tradition and technology, with a goal to produce the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
This oil is made from a blend of Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca and Mosirca olives, all of which grow on the Perales de Valdueza estate, near Badajoz in Spain. It is a medium to high intensity olive oil with fruity flavours, medium bitterness and a piquant, peppery finish.
