Lachaud Cornichons de France
Conserverie Lachaud was set up in 1965 in Périgord, France, by André Lachaud and remains a family run business, now in it’s third generation, being run by André’s grandaughter Audrey. André first made preserves from cornichons grown on his own plot of land and the vegetables used are still handpicked and selected to this day.
These cornichons are crunchy with a sharp vinegar flavour and pair perfectly with Raclette, fondue and buttery cheddars like Westcombe or Isle of Mull. Total weight: 190g.

Cornichons (58%), Water, Vinegar, Salt, Spice, White Onions, Tarragon, Mustard Seeds, Pepper, Corinader.
