La Madia Regale was established by learned French traveler Mr Antoine Claude Pasquin, who, in the first half of the nineteenth century travelled through Umbria in Italy and fell in love with the exceptional quality products there, notably truffles. 


This black truffle oil is a perfect pairing for mushroom risotto, pasta dishes and potatoes and can also be drizzled over bruschetta or salads.
