Iberico Loin, Revisan
Revisan have been creating luxury Iberian pork charcuterie since 1925 in Guijuelo, Spain. Today, the 3rd and 4th generations work together to preserve the traditions and philosophy of the founders.
The pastures cover an area of 1000 hectares and comprise an outstanding landscape dotted with oak and cork trees, where the pure Iberian sows graze freely.
