Filotea pasta is made following an ancient recipe from the Marche region of Italy. The goal was to create a pasta that represented those made by grandmothers past, using the best durum wheat semolina and the freshest eggs. 


Fettuccine is a durum wheat semolina and egg pasta in a long, flat ribbon shape. This version also contains truffle. Total weight: 250g.
