Filotea Artisan Egg Fettuccine with Spinach

Filotea pasta is renowned  made following an ancient recipe from the Marche region of Italy. The goal was to create a pasta that represented those made by grandmothers past, using the best durum wheat semolina and the freshest eggs. 

Try this egg pasta with a herby homemade salsa of garlic and basil mixed with Ricotta or Mascarpone.

Fettuccine is a durum wheat semolina and egg pasta in a long, flat ribbon shape. This version also contains spinach. Total weight: 250g.
