Roussas dairy in Thessaly, Central Greece are well known for producing exceptional quality feta. The dairy was founded in 1952 and continues to adhere to traditional dairy producing methods passed down from their nomadic forefathers. Roussas feta is made with a combination of goats’ and ewes' milk from the surrounding mountainous areas.
