Bleu de Graven
Bleu de Graven is made in Bodegraven in the Western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. In 2016, it won a Silver award at the International Cheese Awards.
Bleu de Graven is a buttery, rich and creamy blue cheese with a sweet flavour, as is traditional with Dutch cheeses. When this cheese is sent to us, it’s extremely mild but thanks to it’s ageing in our cellars, it now has an excellent strength and full flavoured tang.
This cheese is aged for 6 months and is made with pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet.
