Bevistan cheeses are made on Valley View Farm, which is nestled away in a beautiful North Bedfordshire Valley overlooking the Great Ouse river. The farm is home to a flock of French and Dutch sheep, which graze on lush grass from spring to the end of autumn.
This smoked Bevistan cheese is semi soft and beautifully creamy with a lemony freshness, wet, crumbly texture and subtle smokiness.
This cheese is made with pasteurised ewes’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
