Bevistan cheeses are made on Valley View Farm, which is nestled away in a beautiful North Bedfordshire Valley overlooking the Great Ouse river. The farm is home to a flock of French and Dutch sheep, which graze on lush grass from spring to the end of autumn.
This classic Bevistan cheese, also known as ‘Carlton Sheep Cheese’ is semi soft and beautifully creamy with a lemony freshness and wet, crumbly texture.
This cheese is made with pasteurised ewes’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
