Tagliatelle, Rustichella d’Abruzzo
In 1924 Gaetano Sergiacomo, maternal grandfather of the current proprietor, decided to branch out from the family business and establish a pasta factory in Penne, Italy. The name Rustichella d’Abruzzo quickly became synonymous with quality and excellence and to this day is recognised around the world as one of the highest quality pastas.
Tagliatelle is a durum wheat semolina pasta in a long, flat ribbon shape. Total weight: 250g.
