About the Producer

These traditional cheese biscuits have been enjoyed with cheese since their creation by physician William Oliver of Bath in Somerset in the 1750’s. When William died in 1764, he passed the recipe to his coachman and then, centuries later, in the 1950’s, it was passed on again to James Fortt.

Sustainability

The palm oil in these crackers is certified as coming from RSPO segregated sources and has been produced to stringent environmental and social criteria.
