Leonardi Vinegars start life on Modena hills where Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes thrive. These grapes are grown so that grape must can be obtained - this is a key ingredient in Balsamic Vinegar production. The Leonardi family have been picking grapes and bottling vinegars in the same traditional way since 1871 and are famed for their 10 hectares of vineyards and quality vinegars.
