Ragstone, Goats' Milk Log

Ragstone is a British goat’s log made in Herefordshire but inspired by the traditional French Sainte Maure. The cheese is named after the Ragstone Ridge which ran close by.

Ragstone is a smooth, rich and creamy goats’ cheese with a dense texture. It is full in flavour with a good acidity and hint of lemon.

Ragstone is aged for 2 to 3 weeks and is made with pasteurised goats’ milk and traditional rennet.
