Mekkerstee Organic

Mekkerstee is a beautiful Dutch Gouda style cheese made in Ouddorp in the Netherlands. The dairy’s top priority is animal welfare so the goat’s live a luxurious lifestyle on the farm and are cared for lovingly and professionally. The farm is 100% organic so the goat’s are fed exclusively on grass, clover, herbs and hay.

Mekkerstee is a firm but fantastically creamy cheese with an ultra smooth texture and sweet, milky flavour.

This cheese is aged for 4 months and is made with pasteurised, organic goats’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
