Crema di Funghi Porcini (Porcini Mushroom Cream)
La Madia Regale was established by learned French traveler Mr Antoine Claude Pasquin, who, in the first half of the nineteenth century travelled through Umbria in Italy and fell in love with the exceptional quality products there, notably truffles.
This mushroom cream can be used to make delicious soups or sauces and can also be added to risottos or eaten on toast. Total weight: 180g.
