Cooking Chorizo 'Maragato'
This beautiful cooking chorizo from Cecinas Pablo has the charming characteristic touch of the region of Astorga, Castile and Leon and is traditionally smoked over oak. Lightly cured for a richer flavour, it is a gorgeous red orange in colour and has the brilliant aroma and flavour of paprika. The flavour is warm, without being overly hot, meaty and long lasting on the palate.
Approximate weight of each pack: 700-800g.
Smaller vacuum packs are available from time to time - usually sold frozen - do not refreeze.
