Cornish Yarg is an award winning English cheese made in Cornwall. It is wrapped in nettles which are foraged from Cornish hedgerows each spring.
Cornish Yarg is a semi hard cheese with a crumbly core. It has a fresh, lactic, lemony flavour with mushroom undertones, and a well balanced sharpness.
Cornish Yarg is aged for six weeks and is made with pasteurised cows’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
