Olivia

Olivia was created in 1995 in Provence and combines beautiful local goat’s cheese with olive paste. The family dairy is set in the Jabron valley and is now home to 230 goats. It is a peaceful land of shepherds, lavender and olive trees and the cheese very much represents the terroir.

Olivia is a fresh and lactic goat’s cheese, flavoured with herbs and a layer of black olive tapenade through the centre. It is soft and spreadable, with a creamy texture.

This cheese is made with raw goats’ milk and traditional rennet.
