‘Chauriennes’ are the inhabitants of Castelnaudary, a small town in the Aude in the South of France, famous for their delicious cassoulet! La Belle Chaurienne has been making traditional French dishes for over 50 years and is famous across France and, indeed now, the world. Many of their products have been winning taste awards for decades.
This delicious guinea fowl pate has lovely, sweet grapes scattered throughout to balance the rich meatiness of the terrine.
Ingredients: Poultry Liver, French Pork and Pork Fat, Guinea Fowl 21.5%, Pork Rind, Water, Turkey, Raisins 3%, Salt, Rum, Pepper.
